What is the store's refund and exchange policy?
- All sales are final. If there is anything incorrect/broken about your order, please contact me immediatley and we can discuss options.
Will my package include insurance?
- I can only offer insurance for orders that are more than 75$! Please tell me beforehand if you want the insurance.
How long will it take to recieve my order?
- I try to ship orders out once a week, and please acknowledge that I only work business days (Monday-Friday) as well as working my full-time job. Domestic orders should take about 2-5 days using USPS Ground Advantage shipping. Letter mail for stickers will take 3-4 days. International orders may vary from 2-6 weeks.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you are placing an order from outside the United States, there are a few things you need to know.
There are countries my shipping cannot ship to at the moment.
Please check this site before making an order! All orders addressed to the countries listed in the link will be refunded and canceled.
International Service Disruptions
International customers, please be aware that you may be charged an extra customs/VAT fee upon receiving your package. Please note that your orders may take longer due to covid and/or country's customs.
* Australia Shipping:
Yes we do ship to Australia currently however, please keep in mind of the increased fees these are completely out of my control.
* UK Shipping:
Yes we do ship to the UK, please keep in mind customers are responsible for paying the VAT tax upon recieving their package.
