1. Does my order come with tracking?
- Yes! All domestic orders as well as international come with tracking. There is an option at checkout to use a non-tracking, cheaper letter mail if you are ONLY getting stickers. If you are getting more than stickers, you cannot use that shipping option.
2. What shipping service do you use?
- USPS!
3. What payment methods do you accept?
- Any credit/debit card and Paypal!
4. Where is the store based?
- Ohio!
5. Do you accept orders outside of the US?
- I do, HOWEVER- please note that shipping costs will be higher and this is out of my control. Please make sure to take a look over at my Shipping Policy for furthur information.
6. How long will it take to recieve my order?
- I try to ship orders out once a week, and please acknowledge that I only work business days (Monday-Friday) as well as working my full-time job. Domestic orders should take about 2-5 days using USPS Ground Advantage shipping. Letter mail for stickers will take 3-4 days. International orders may vary from 2-6 weeks.
7. It's been 5+ weeks, but my order hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?
- I'm so super sorry that it hasn't arrived yet! Please double check if everything in your shipping information is correct! Once something is shipped out, it is usually out of my control. If the package happens to get returned to me, I can ship it out once more, but I will ask you to pay the extra shipping charge once more.
8. I made a mistake with my address. How do I fix it?
- If you've noticed a mistake with your address, please email me at [email protected] right away! If I haven't mailed out your order yet, I can easily update your address, but if I've already sent it out your only option is to either claim it as lost or hope that it get's returned to me so I can resent it to you with the correct address!
9. What if something is wrong with my order?
- If something is wrong with your order from the store, please contact me write away through the contact tab!
